2. Services

Black Pines Consulting LLC provides security monitoring, transportation, logistics, and professional services to government and commercial clients. The CST Training Platform is a professional qualification training product available to authorized employees and clients.

3. User Accounts

Training platform accounts are created by administrators only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Unauthorized access attempts are logged, tracked, and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Data Collection

We collect information you provide through contact forms and training platform interactions. We also automatically collect technical data including IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers, and geographic location data for security monitoring purposes. 5. Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) use this site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its systems; (c) use automated tools to scrape, copy, or mirror site content; (d) submit false or misleading information through any form; (e) interfere with the operation of the site or the training platform.

All training content, courseware, assessments, and documentation are the property of Black Pines Consulting LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trade secret laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or disclosure is prohibited.
