Tania Willmann is a decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, national security expert, and founder of Black Pines Consulting LLC, a defense contracting firm specializing in cleared government services and facility operations. She brings over 14 years of leadership experience across military, corporate, and diplomatic arenas.

Under her leadership, Black Pines has supported high-stakes federal projects and maintained a steadfast focus on operational excellence in classified environments. Tania brings strategic foresight and hands-on expertise, ensuring Black Pines remains a flexible, responsive, and high-performing organization that consistently meets government objectives and supports its personnel.

A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Tania also holds a Master’s in Intelligence Studies and an MBA from Yale University School of Management. Her experience includes leading global teams in high-stakes environments, serving with the Defense Intelligence Agency, supporting U.S. embassies through the Defense Attaché Office, advising joint special operations in Afghanistan, and supporting multiple federal agencies. She also served as VP of Security at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she directed global protective operations and executive risk management.
